Items are shipped the same day they are ordered if the order is received before 11am. EST Because we want your baked goods to arrive fresh , we do not ship on Fridays or Sundays. All packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail and on the average will arrive in 2 days but allow up to 4 days.

Sweet Crunch Bakeshop does everything in its power to make sure your packages ship out in a timely matter and in the matter, which you have requested. However, we cannot control the shipping practices of the United States Postal Service. If you experience problems with their service they can be reached as http://www.USPS.com

Packages that are returned because of an insufficient address will not be refunded. We will attempt to contact and you and re-ship the package for the additional fee of shipping charges only.

Personal greeting cards:

• When you checkout, there is space for special instructions. Please type in your request for a gift card and From and To information for a gift card.

• Cookies, pastries, all of our bakery chocolates, cookie bars, and gourmet gift basket care packages and cakes can include a personal greeting card. If you are looking for gift ideas, all our bakery pastries make great birthday gifts as well as anniversary, get well, baby, corporate, thank you or holiday gifts.

We are not responsible for mistakes made when you are ordering.

Please remember to include your phone number with all orders.

We will ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses.

Unless you request otherwise, we will ship all packages the day the Care Package order is received. As long as the order is received by 11:00 AM EST. Otherwise your package will be shipped the next day.

• During the ordering process please select a ship date at least one day from the time you place your order, unless your order is placed before 11 am. Delivery is available on Saturdays to most zip codes. Sundays and Holidays are excluded. When your items are shipped Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are excluded.
• When hand-delivery is not available, we rely on the USPS to deliver your order. While we package and ship on your requested date, your shipped package may arrive two days or up to 5 days after that date. Confirming the exact time of delivery for shipped items is beyond our control.
• Please understand delays outside our control also occur due to the following: weather, product availability, holiday rush season, rural area constraints, lack of response by the recipient, incorrect address information entered, invalid shipping date entered and other conditions outside our control.
• An additional fee will apply for redelivery due to incorrect delivery information provided.
• We use confirmation mail through the USPS and you will receive a tracking number, once a package is confirmed delivered to its destination, we are no longer responsible for the package.
• We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen when delivered to a residence or business address.
• If you want delivery confirmation with a signature required, please let us know.
